摘要
由于有机、聚合物电致全包发光器件具有极大的应用前景,如发展质量轻、低能耗、高解像度的彩色平板显示器和光源,已受到广泛的关注。与无机物相比,有机、聚合物具有荣光高效率、颜色的广泛选择性及易成膜性。本文重点介绍有机、聚合物电致全色发光器件产生全色发光的模式及机制,并对其优、缺点进行了简单讨论。
The need for light weight,low power color flat displays and backlights has spurred interest inthin--film full--color light--emitting organic and polymer electroluminescent devices. The advantages oforganic and polymer materials over inorganic materials are high fluorescent efficiency, wide selection ofcolors and the easiness in fabrication of large films. In the review,the mode and mechanism of full--colororganic and polymer electroluminescent devices have been introduced and their advantages or disadvantageshave also been discussed.
