摘要
走、跑、跳、投、掷是人类生活的基本技能,是田径运动项目中最基本的运动形式。它具有个体性,又具有广泛的群众性,不受场地器材限制,适合各类人群练习。通过查阅相关的文献资料,并进行综合分析,阐明了田径运动必将在全民健身活动占据重要作用。
Walking, running, jumping and throwing are the basic skills of human beings and constitute basic forms of track and field sports. They are individually, popular and suitable for all kinds of people without limitation of equipments. Based on the reference of related literature and comprehensive analysis, the importance of track and field sports in national fitness activities was elaborated.
