摘要
通过STEM和EDS相结合的方法,对单个核壳乳剂颗粒进行了微区结构分析.分析数据表明在双重结构乳剂颗粒中确实存在着富碘相和贫碘相的差别.在本实验中保持了总含卤量不变及乳化总时间不变的条件下,增大碘的含量使得富碘相和贫碘相有逐步均化的倾向.
The micro-structural analysis of single T-grain with double-structure was performed with the combined STEM and EDS technigue. The analytical Data showed that in the T-grain with double structure there really existed the difference in iodide-rich and iodide-poor phases. Keeping the total halide content and the total precipitation duration constant the iodide content increase enabled the difference between the iodide-rich and iodide-poor phases apt to be homogenetic.
