摘要 随着国家经济发展,近年来房地产市场发展迅猛,而商品房的质量纠纷投诉也在不断攀升,已经成为消费者投诉的热点和难点问题。由于商品房质量纠纷的特殊性,不少购房人都深受其苦。开发商面对大量的质量问题也很头疼。如何解决质量纠纷,成为眼下一个必须面对的问题。 With the economical development in our country and the rapid development of real estate market in recent years, there are increasingly more and more complaints about the quality of commercial residential buildings. Yet because of the particularity of this heatedly-discussed and difficult problem, not only have consumers suffered a lot, but the businesses have also found it very hard to deal with. So how to handle the disputes and cope with complaints about the quality of commercial residential buildings really makes a difference at present.
