介绍汽车覆盖件修边模废料排除的相关设计要点和主要的调试经验,同时对此类型废料如何下滑进行分析。重点在工艺分析、模具结构设计和现场调试等几个方面论述废料下滑设计的要点。
Introduced the related design points and material remove of auto-cover cold-trimming die, and debugging experience of the waste analyzed waste material sliding. The main points of waste material slide design were mainly discussed from technics analysis, die structure design, local debugging,and so on.
