摘要 给出了聚丙烯套注射模实用结构,针对塑件两侧直径准10mm的6个通孔,该模具设计二次顺序分型抽芯机构,利用摆钩定距,斜销设置在动模上,简化了模具结构。并且满足制品的成型和抽芯要求,工作可靠,成型塑件质量好。 The practical injection mold structure design for the polypropylene sheath was presented. There are six through-holes on the sides of the product, so the mechanism of twice order cavity parting limited by swing hook was adopted. Angle pins were set on the movable mold which made the mold structure simple and met the requirements of shaping and corepullings. This mold is reliable in the operation and excellent in shaping.
