通过分析制件的使用和结构要求,选择TPE热塑性弹性体用热流道模具成型比较合理,介绍了成型零件、侧抽芯结构的设计及模具的结构特点,模具结构简单可靠而又经济实惠。
Through analyzed use and structure request, chose the TPE thermosplastic elastomer hot runner mold molding is reasonable. Introduced mold part and side core-pulling mechanism design and mold structure characteristics, the mold structure are simply, reliable and economical.
