分析了塑料后盖的工艺特点,对注射成型条件、模具的结构设计要点及模具工作过程做了阐述,模具装配后一次试模成功,塑件质量良好。
Analyzed molding process characteristics of the plastic back-cover, introduced injection molding condition, mold structure deisgn points and mold working process. After mold was assembled using once mold test, product quality is good.
