阿立哌唑合并氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Treating Resistant Schizophrenics With Arpiprazole Combined With Clozapine

目的:探讨阿立哌唑合并氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法:对29例难治性精神分裂症给予阿立哌唑合并氯氮平治疗,疗程8周。于治疗前及治疗中的第2、4、6、8周末,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS),副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:第8周末时有效率为79.3%,不良反应少。结论:阿立哌唑合并氯氮平使用能提高疗效,临床上可选择使用。

Objective：To look into the efficacy and side effects of treating resistant schizophrenics with arpiprazole and clozapint. Methods ： To treat 29 cases of resistant schizophrenics with arpiprazole and clozapine, with the course of treatment of 8 weeks. At the end of weed 2,4,6 and 8 prior to and during the course of treatment,we refer to the PANSS and TESS to judge the efficacy and side effects. Results： the efficiency rate at the end of the 8th week is 79.3 %, with few side effects. Conclusions： arpiprazole combined with clozapine can improve the curative effect and thus can be applied in clinical treatment.
