摘要 针对低渗、特低渗油田,开发出一种不需破胶剂、低残渣、低伤害、可循环再利用的新型低分子压裂液。分析了压裂过程中压裂液的典型流变过程和工程要求,以及低分子稠化剂在此过程中的流变过程,研究了低分子压裂液剪切性能、不同稠化剂下的流变参数及不同温度下低分子压裂液粘弹性。该压裂液在低渗油田得到了成功应用,获得较高的液体返排率和增产效果。 The new low molecular weight fracturing fluid,without breaking agent,is developed which is provided with lower residue and harm,and then recycled specially against low rate of permeation oilfield.Representative rheological process and project request of this fracturing fluid is mostly analyzed,the flow process of the low molecular weight fracturing fluid and the fracturing fluid shearing properties,the rheological parameters of fracturing fluid that different agent concentration make up and the low molecular weight fracturing fluid viscosity elasticity changes in different temperature are researched.The fracturing fluid has been applied in low rate of permeation oilfield successfully.As a result,upper rate of backflow and stimulation purpose are achieved.
