To understand the spirit of the 17th National People＇s Congress of CPC, and strengthen the establishment of socialist kernel value system, we should be guided by Marxist position, viewpoint and method, scientifically defining, analyzing concretely and taking distinctive attitude towards contemporary socialist trend of thought.
