摘要
在公有制为主体的框架内通过制度建设来完善国有企业公司治理机制具有现实意义。国有企业公司治理机制完善的现实选择是:继续推动国有企业上市或整体上市;完善国有资产管理新体制;建立对国有企业经营者新的选聘机制;建立对全员的激励约束机制。
Within the frame of public ownership as the main part, it has practical significance to perfect state-owned enterprises' governance mechanism by means of system establishment. The realistic selection for the perfection of it is as follows: continuously promote state-owned enterprises to be listed or wholly to be listed; better the new system of state-owned property management ; establish new employment system for state-owned enterprises' managers; and build incentive and restrictive mechanism for all staff members.
