摘要
假释作为一种非监禁化的行刑手段,其优势不言而喻,但是我国假释的运行现状不容乐观。本文以转变假释观念为前提,理性看待"不致再危害社会"的预测性,并拓宽假释对累犯、特殊暴力罪犯以及无期徒刑犯的适用。
As a no-imprison measures of punishment execution, parole have a lot of advantages without saying. However, the situation of parole execution is dissatisfactory. It is necessary to change the concept of parole and keep a rational attitude on the Predictability of ＂may not be harmful to society in further＂, at the same time, broaden the application for repeat offenders, special violent offenders and life- imprisonment offenders in parole.
