The counterintelligence of the business enterprise without independent position often depend on competitive intelligence. But along with the increasingly competition between business enterprise, the counterintelligence will change original appearance eventually. This text tries to build up a kind of counterintelligence inethod which take cost-income analysis as basic and take data as sustaining of and providing some evidence of intelligence protection.
