摘要
分析了数字图书馆用户满意测评业务流程并构建了业务流程图,对影响数字图书馆用户满意度的因素进行了分析,在此基础上对某高校图书馆的用户满意度水平进行了分析测评,并探索了数字图书馆用户满意度测评在图书馆管理层面上的应用。
This article analyzed the business process of user satisfaction evaluation and built the service carried on the evaluation to some university library＇s user degree finally discussed the application of evaluation of user satisfaction of satisfaction level based on this, in library management level.
