技术路线图在学科战略情报研究中应用的思考

Some Consideration on the Application of Technology Roadmap in Strategic Discipline Information Research

简要介绍了技术路线图方法并分析了典型的技术路线图绘制过程,认为其耗时、耗力、耗财,且过于依赖专家,不太适用于学科战略情报研究的实际情况;提出了与传统学科情报研究方法在思想、方法、人员及流程上进行无缝整合的科技路线图方法,将文献计量法、专利情报分析法、共词分析、词频分析以及经济统计等多种方法整合进科技路线图的绘制过程。

Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the technology roadmap and then analyzes the typical methods which is time-consuming, wealth-consuming and over-reliance on experts. So it isn＇t applicable to strategic discipline information research. This paper puts forward a new kind of S＆T roadmap which is perfect integrated with classic discipline information methods in the idea, methods, personnel and process, using the bibliometric, patent information analysis, co=word analysis, word frequency analysis, economic statistical method and so on.
