心脉通胶囊中大黄、红参、三七的薄层色谱鉴别

Identification of Xinmaitong Capsules by TLC

目的建立心脉通胶囊中主要药材的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。方法采用TLC法对处方中的大黄、红参和三七进行定性鉴别。结果在选定的色谱条件下,可分别检出处方中大黄、红参和三七对应的斑点,斑点显色清晰,分离效果好,阴性对照无干扰。结论所建立的方法简便,专属性强,重现性好,可作为心脉通胶囊的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish the TLC method for the identification of main herbal medicines in Xinmaitong Capsules. Methods Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix ginseng rubra, Radix notoginseng in Xinmaitong Capsules were identified by TLC. Results Under the selected condition, clear and distinguishable spots were detectable and the separating result was satisfactory in Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix ginseng rubra and Radix notoginseng. Conclusion The test method is simple, exclusive and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
