摘要
目的探讨原料药甘露醇和山梨醇生产中除镍离子的新工艺。方法利用壳聚糖吸附功能和其解吸再生功能,通过单因素试验法优化工艺参数。结果理想去除条件为pH=6.5,温度20℃,搅拌转速为400r/min,浓度45%,壳聚糖粒径180μm。结论壳聚糖吸附法去除在原料药甘露醇和山梨醇液中的镍离子是可行的,且是一种环境友好型新工艺。
Objective To establish a new technology for removing Ni2^+ in raw medicine production of mannitol and sorbitol. Methods The functions of chitosan absorption and renewae were used. The process was optimizated by using single- factor test. Results The best conditions for adsorbing Ni2. were 20 ℃, pH =6.5, stirring speed 400 r/min, concentration of 45% and average size of 180 μm. Conclusion The process is feasible for removing Ni2^+ with the absorption function of chitosan and is friendly to environment.
