摘要
新发布的《热电联产规划编制规定》(试行)规定:"在技术经济合理的前提下,热源应尽量集中,通过合并供热区,扩大区域性热电厂和自备热电厂的供热范围,扩大热电联产项目规模".扩大热电厂的供热范围有以下益处:可以扩大每一个热电厂的供热面积和供热量,减少供热区域内的热源点,简化布局.可以使热电厂厂址距市区较远,减轻环保压力.探讨了在确定热电厂供热范围时所涉及的3个因素,即热源布局、热媒输送、热媒温降和压降,并提出了有关热电厂供热范围的建议.
New published regulation of cogeneration of heat and power planning compilation stipulates that on the premise of reasonable technical economy, thermal resource should concentrate as possible, cogeneration of heat and power project scale can be enlarged by emerging heating area, enlarging heating range of regional power plant and enterprise-owned power plant. Enlarging heating range has the advantages of expanding each power's heating area and heating output, decreasing thermal source point in heating area and simplifying layout. So the thermal power plant may be far more away from urban and the environmental protection pressure is decreased. This paper discusses the three factors in determination of heating range, the factors are layout of heat resource, transportation of heat medium, heat medium' s temperature drop and pressure drop. Suggestions on power plant' s heat range are proposed.
