小白蛋白阳性细胞在大鼠红核内的分布

摘要 用卵白素生物素复合物法(avidinbiotincomplexmethod,ABC)观察了小白蛋白阳性细胞在大鼠红核内的分布状态.小白蛋白阳性细胞在红核内分布按部位有一定的差异,如吻侧小白蛋白阳性细胞所占比例最多,约占细胞总数的92%,中间吻侧和中间尾侧分别占细胞总数的88%和71%,尾侧则相对较少,约占73%.根据细胞的大小及微细结构的特点,红核的细胞可分为大、中、小3种细胞.中、小细胞多数为小白蛋白阳性细胞,散在性地分布在红核的全区,而大细胞主要分布于尾侧,小白蛋白阳性细胞相对较少. We investigated the distribution of parvalbuminergic neurons in the red nucleus of the rat using avidinbiotin complex method.Out of the rubral neurons,the incidences of parvalbuminergic neuros were about 92%,88%,71% and 73% in the rostral, midrostral, midcaudal and caudal portions of the red nucleus respectively. These parvalbuminergic neurons could be subdivided into three types, large, mediumsized and small neurons on the bases of the size of somata and their ultrastructural features. The small and mediumsized parvalbuminergic nucleus were distributed in the entire extent of the red nucleus, where as the large parvalbuminergic neurons were mainly present in the caudal portion of the nucleus.
