摘要
用卵白素生物素复合物法(avidinbiotincomplexmethod,ABC)观察了小白蛋白阳性细胞在大鼠红核内的分布状态.小白蛋白阳性细胞在红核内分布按部位有一定的差异,如吻侧小白蛋白阳性细胞所占比例最多,约占细胞总数的92%,中间吻侧和中间尾侧分别占细胞总数的88%和71%,尾侧则相对较少,约占73%.根据细胞的大小及微细结构的特点,红核的细胞可分为大、中、小3种细胞.中、小细胞多数为小白蛋白阳性细胞,散在性地分布在红核的全区,而大细胞主要分布于尾侧,小白蛋白阳性细胞相对较少.
We investigated the distribution of parvalbuminergic neurons in the red nucleus of the rat using avidinbiotin complex method.Out of the rubral neurons,the incidences of parvalbuminergic neuros were about 92%,88%,71% and 73% in the rostral, midrostral, midcaudal and caudal portions of the red nucleus respectively. These parvalbuminergic neurons could be subdivided into three types, large, mediumsized and small neurons on the bases of the size of somata and their ultrastructural features. The small and mediumsized parvalbuminergic nucleus were distributed in the entire extent of the red nucleus, where as the large parvalbuminergic neurons were mainly present in the caudal portion of the nucleus.
