摘要
观察单独给铅和联合给铅、锌及铅、锌、硒时小鼠红细胞及脑组织中脂质过氧化物(lipidperoxidase,LPO)含量的变化以及全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathioneperoxidase,GSHPx)活性的变化.结果,单独给铅时红细胞和脑组织中脂质过氧化物含量明显升高的同时谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性明显降低,与对照组比较,P<0.05或P<0.01.联合给铅、锌或铅、锌、硒时红细胞和脑组织中的脂质过氧化物含量明显降低,同时谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性明显升高,而且铅、锌、硒联合染毒时的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性高于铅、锌联合染毒的小鼠,与单独给铅组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).
The contents of lipid peroxidase(LPO) in red blood cells and brain tissue were increased significantly and glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx) activities decreased by treatment with lead alone in mice(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Combined injection of lead and zinc or lead,zinc and selenium could decrease the contents of LPO in red blood cells and brain tissue, and activities of GSHPx were significantly increased, and higher in lead,zinc and selenium combined group than that in lead and zinc combined groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).
