摘要
对胸腺因子的传统制备方法进行了改良,并进行蛋白质含量及生物活性测定.结果表明,改进工艺后蛋白质含量为11.64g/L,比用原工艺制备提高3倍,生物活性亦比用原工艺制备有明显提高.
The traditional preparation methods of thymus factors were improved and the content of proteins and biological activities of thymus factors made by the modified procedure were determined. The results indicated that the protein content(11.64g/L) in the thymus factors prepared by the new method was 3 times as much as that mady by the traditional method, and their biological activities were higher than before.
