摘要
宝泉抽水蓄能电站工程地质条件复杂、设计变化多、施工难度大,按照可研报告批复的工期完工任务艰巨。为此,建设单位合理编制工程进度计划,优化施工方案,制定严格的进度控制措施,使工程进度管理工作取得了较好的成效,为电站如期投入商业运行奠定了坚实的基础。
The engineering geological conditions of the Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station are complex so that its design changes greatly and its construction is very difficult. It is comparatively arduous to complete the project within the construction period that was approved by the feasibility study report of the Project. For this reason, the construction unit rationally formulated the plan of project progress, optimized the construction scheme and laid down strict progress control measures, which makes the management work of project progress gain better effectiveness and lays a strong foundation for the commercial operation of the Station on schedule.
