宝泉抽水蓄能电站工程质量监督工作探索

Project Quality Supervision Research for Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station

工程质量是水电建设工程投资效益得以实现的根本保证,为了保证工程质量,就要建立一套科学、合理、严密的质量控制体系,我国政府对建设工程有质量监督职能,质量监督属于质量控制体系范畴,是工程质量管理的重要环节。因此,质量监督就成为控制工程质量较为有效的方法,宝泉公司在其工程质量管理方面代表河南电力建设质监中心站,在宝泉工程建设中兼顾质监站的质量监督管理职能,质量管理工作结合质监站真正发挥了质量监督控制作用;建立了一套切实可行的管理模式。实践结果表明,对工程质量的监督控制是很有效的。

Project quality is the essential guarantee for the realization of hydro-electric project investment benefits. To strength the project quality construction, a scientific, reasonable and rigorous quality control system shall be established. The government has the quality supervision function for projects under construction. And the quality supervision is in the scope of quality control system and it is an important part of project quality management. Therefore, the quality supervision becomes the effective measure of controlling project quality. State Grid Henan Baoquan Pumped Storage Co., Ltd. represents Henan Electric Power Construction Quality Supervision Centre Station in the aspect of project quality management and plays the role of quality supervision management function of Henan Electric Power Construction Quality Supervision Centre Station during the construction of Baoquan Project. The quality management combing quality supervision centre station really plays the role of quality supervision＆ control; and a set of practical and feasible management mode is established. The fulfillment result shows that this is much effective for supervision＆ control of project quality.
