摘要
本文根据当前建筑施工企业在合同管理中存在的主要问题,对加强施工合同管理提出几点建议,说明建筑施工企业是建筑行业的弱势群体,应该运用法律武器保护自己的合法权益,避免合同纠纷的产生。
Relating with actual experience, the article summarizes the major problems that may exist in contract management of the construction project and makes relative suggestions. Construction corporations are vulnerable entities, which ought to seek self-protection by legal weapons.
