摘要
以乙醛酸和苯酚为原料,采用一步法进行缩合氨解反应来合成DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸(DL-HPG)。通过正交试验法进行优化,借此确定了DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸合成的最佳工艺方案,如反应投料比、反应温度、时间、催化剂等。试验的方差结果表明:催化剂的量和胺化剂是反应的主要影响因素。
An one-pot reaction proceeds via phenol condensing with glyoxylic acid and ammonia to yield DL-hydroxyphenylglycine. Best reaction conditions are found by orthogonal test. The phenol is employed in a molar ratio to glyoxylic acid of 1.2∶1 and the reaction is preferably conducted at a temperature at about 60 ℃ for 400 minutes. Result shows that amount of catalyst and ammonia are the main affecting factors.
