摘要 采用电化学修饰法制备了一种可直接测定固体、半固体及糊状物表面和内部pH值的传感器,并对该传感器的制备工艺、性能、测试条件和干扰物的影响进行了讨论。结果表明:该传感器内阻低,响应时间快(小于25 s),测量范围广(pH 2~12),准确度高,重复性好,响应斜率为60.01 mV/pH。该传感器除了能用于传统领域外,还可用于临床检测、食品加工、生物化工等领域。 An all-solid-state combination sensor, which can be directly used to measure pH of the surface and inside of solid, semisolid and paste, was prepared by electrochemical modified method. The effects of preparation technology and property of the sensor, test condition and interference substance were discussed. The results indicated that the sensor had advantages of the lower inner resistance, rapid response time (t〈 25 s), wide measure range (pH 2- 12), high measure precision, good reproducibility and a response slope of 60.01 mV/pH. Comparing with the general glass electrode, the combination sensor could be applied not only in some traditional fields, but also in clinical detection, food processing, biochemical engineering, and so on.
