摘要
提出了以动植物油催化裂解多产丙烯的技术路线,并与普通催化原料的两段提升管催化裂解路线进行了对比。结果表明,棕榈油是一种优良的催化裂解多产丙烯的原料。一段反应后,液化气质量分数超过40%,丙烯质量分数为20.16%,达到大庆常压渣油两段提升管催化裂解的水平;汽油质量分数和总液收率较高;生成的汽油中芳烃质量分数超过51%,可以作为高辛烷值汽油的调和组分。
Catalytic pyrolysis of vegetable oils and animal fats and two - stage riser catalytic pyrolysis of conventional catalytic feedstock were compared. The results showed that palm oil was an alternative feedstock of catalytic pyrolysis for maximizing propylene yield. The mass fraction of liquefied petroleum gas was more than 40% , the mass fraction of propylene reached 20. 16% after the first-stage riser reaction, and the level was equivalent to that of two - stage riser catalytic pyrolysis of Daqing atmospheric residue. At the same time, the mass fraction of gasoline and total liquid yield were higher. The mass fraction of aromatics in gasoline produced by catalytic pyrolysis of pahn oil was more than 51% , the gasoline could be used as high octane number component.
