摘要
以钯为活性组分,改性Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍法制备了用于裂解汽油一段选择加氢的LY-9801D催化剂。物性表征表明,与LY-9801催化剂相比,LY-9801D催化剂载体致密性好,堆密度和压碎强度高。在中国石油兰州石化分公司大乙烯装置上的工业应用表明,在操作条件为进料量22~30t/h(设计值为28t/h),反应器入口温度28~36℃,压力2.65MPa,氢气/原料体积比100~200时,装置运行14个月,反应器入口温度仅为36℃,加氢产品双烯值小于2.5×10^-2g/g,达到设计值要求。
The catalyst LY -9801 D applied in pyrolysis gasoline selective hydrogenation was prepared with Pd as active component,modified alumina as supporter by impregnation method. The results of physical property measurement showed that compared with catalyst LY -9801, the mechanical strength, bulk density and densifieation of catalyst LY- 9801 D were all enhanced. The industrial application in great ethylene setting of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company showed that under the condition of charging rate of 22 - 30 t/h, entrance temperature 28 - 36 ℃ , pressure 2.65 MPa, volume ratio of H2 to oil of 100 -200, the temperature of entrance was lower than 36℃ ,diene value of hydrogenation product was less than 2.5 × 10^-2 g/g, after the catalyst LY- 9801 D ran for fourteen months. The results could meet the design requirement.
