摘要
中国石油大庆石化分公司通过管线改造,将高压聚乙烯二车间的副产蒸汽用于1-丁烯装置后,使该装置1.0 MPa蒸汽的平均单耗由3.813 t/t(以每吨产品计,下同)降至1.252 t/t,节约操作费用483.05万元/a,从而达到了减少资源浪费,降低能耗的目的。
After the by - product steam produced from high pressure polyethylene unit of Daqing Petrochemieal Company was used in the production of 1 -butene , the average steam consumption for one ton product in 1 -butene unit was reduced from 3. 813 t to 1. 252 t,and operating cost was saved by 4.83 million Yuan per year.
