摘要
以台湾绣球莴苣品种为材料,探讨水杨酸对盐胁迫下种子萌发和幼苗生长抑制的缓解作用。结果表明:在150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,0.1-0.5 mmol/L SA均能够显著提高莴苣种子发芽的数量、速度和质量及幼苗的生长,并以0.25 mmol/L的SA处理对盐胁迫的缓解效果最好。
In order to investgate the effects of salicylic acid (SA) on seed germination and seedling growth under NaCl stress,we took lettuce(Lactuca sativa L. cv. Taiwan xiuqiu) seeds as experiment material. The results showed that 0. 1~0.5 mmol/L SA could increase the quantity, speed, quality of lettuce seed germination, as well as promote seedling growth under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress. The optimum treatment concentration of SA was 0. 25 mmol/L.
