摘要 对影响红掌愈伤组织诱导及芽分化的几个因素进行了研究。结果表明:同一成熟度的外植体,其叶柄愈伤组织诱导率明显优于叶片和花柄。诱导愈伤组织形成的培养基为MS+2 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L 2,4-D;芽分化和增殖培养基为MS+1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA;生根与增殖同步。 The factors that influence the callus induction and bud differentiation of Anthurium andraeanum Linden were studied. The results showed that petiole showed significantly better results than blade and flower stalk in callus induction, bud differentiation. What's more, MS with 2 mg/L 6-BA+0. 1 mg/L 2,4-D were favorable to increase calls induetion; MS with 1 mg/L 6-BA+0. 1 mg/L NAA were good for successive transfer culture and propagation of shoots. No necessary for inducing root formation was needed.
