摘要 舰船设备的抗冲击能力,对提高舰船生命力和战斗力具有十分重要的影响.采用实体建模技术,建立某舰用主汽轮机组有限元模型,并在时域上分别从垂向和横向对其进行冲击加载.冲击载荷采用将冲击输入谱转换为三角形变化历程的加速度载荷.通过对计算结果的对比分析,总结了主汽轮机组结构对加速度冲击载荷的动态响应特性,并发现主汽轮机组结构对加速度冲击载荷的动态响应特性与冲击载荷的峰值、脉宽以及加载方向由密切关系.所得结论对开展舰船设备抗冲击方面的研究提供了一定参考. The anti-shock dynamic characteristic of large scale warship equipments are very important for the life-force and battle effectiveness of a warship. In this analysis, the finite element model of a marine turboset was established by solid modeling technology. Then impulse loads were applied to it vertically and transversely over time, where the impulse loads were exerted by transforming the shock input spectrum into accelerating loads with a triangularly varying history. The dynamic response characteristics of the turboset structure to accelerating impulse load and the close relationships between dynamic response characteristics such as the peak of impulse load, pulse width, and load direction were summarized after comparing calculating results. The results will provide reference values for shock resistance research on marine equipments.
