摘要
目的利用KC1滴注大鼠大脑皮质制作皮层扩布性抑制模型,研究其血清一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化。方法健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:空白对照组、假手术组和皮层扩布性抑制模型组,取颈静脉血,采用硝酸还原酶法测量血清NO含量,组间进行方差分析,P<0.05表明统计学有意义。结果正常对照组NO含量为(58.75±5.96)μmol/L,假手术组,两者比较P>0.05,没有统计学意义。CSD模型组,高于正常对照组和假手术组(P<0.05)。结论皮层扩布性抑制可以诱导血清NO含量的增加,对于研究偏头痛的发病机制和治疗提供了重要参考。
Objective To study the change of nitric oxide level of rats with cortical spreading depression induced by KCL. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group, sham operation group and cortical spreading depression group,the level of nitric oxide in cortex of rats were detected by using NO detect Kit. Results The level of nitric oxide in control group was 58.75±5.96μmol/L,sham operation group was 59.11± 4.41μmol/L, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05); cortical spreading depression group was 68.24±7.89μmol/L,higher than that of the control group and sham operation group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The results of this study suggest that cortical spreading depression could induce nitric oxide release, which provides an important reference to study the mechanism and treatment of migraine.
