传统“师道”文化与中医教育浅论

On Traditional "Teachers' Professional Moral Culture" and TCM Education

从尊师和为师两个方面入手,梳理了中国传统文化中关于"师道"的基本内涵。认为传统"师道"所提倡的"尊师重教"、"尊师重道"以及注重"师表"、"师职"等优良传统,对古代医学教育产生了积极的影响和作用。分析指出,传统"师道"对解决当前中医教育如何"卫道"、中医学子如何"习道"、中医教师如何"传道"等问题,仍具有一定的指导作用。

This paper deals with the basic connotations of ＂teachers＇ professional moral culture＂. The author believes that the fine tradition of ＂respecting teachers and teaching＂, ＂respecting teachers and Taoism＂, and paying attention to ＂teachers＇ exemplification＂ and ＂teachers＇ professional moral values＂ has exerted active and profound influence on the education of ancient medicine. The author points out that traditional ＂teachers＇ professional moral culture＂ is of guiding significance in solving the problems in the education of Chinese medicine.
