摘要 本文探讨网上学习支持服务的另外三个方面的主题:网上交流和合作的支持服务,网上学习方式的支持服务和作业考试的支持服务。根据远程成人学习的三大困难,即远程学习的孤独感、远程学习的不适应感以及考试的焦虑感,提出通过建立和维持网上学习社团的多种策略,加强网上交流和合作学习,减少学生学习的孤独感;通过了解学习者的学习方式,制定网上学习中有效合作学习的策略,增进学习的成效;通过作业评改鼓励学习者的持续学习,通过模拟训练学习者良好的考试心态,让学习者能顺利地进行考试,并使自己学到的知识和技能在考试中得到充分发挥。 This article deals with the other three aspects of online learning support,namely,support in online communication and cooperation,support in online learning methods and sopport in assignments and tests.Several strategies are proposed to organize online learning communities and alleviate the loneliness of learners;effective co-operational strategies should be formed to improve the learners' efficiency;assignments and simulated practices should be used to encourage learners and help them pass the examinations and consolidate their knowledge and skills.
