ROM Design Technology Based on Flat_cell

在MCU电路中,需要存储大量的程序和数据,因此存储器的集成度、读取速度成为一款芯片生产成本和性能参数的关键指标。由此在ROM设计当中出现了一种新型结构—Flat_Cell存储结构,它能够有效的减小版图面积,降低芯片的成本。

Much procedure and data are needed to store in MCU circuit. So the integration and read speed of memory become the key index which will affect the manufacture cost and performance parameter of a chip. This article introduces a new structure of Rom design--Flat_Ceil. Using this technology, it can decreases the area of the chip and reduces the manufacture cost of IC.
