摘要
"大湘南"经济圈不仅是推动湖南崛起的重要力量,而且是泛珠三角"9+2"合作的重要组成部分。但大湘南经济圈在构建过程中,遇到了观念上、制度上、市场和分工上的障碍。针对这些障碍,必须建立相关的动力机制、运行机制、协调机制以及长效机制,以为"大湘南"经济圈的运行提供制度性保障。
Economic cooperation of DaXiangNan is not only the important power driving Hunan province, but also the important part of economic cooperation based on Pan-Pearl River Delta. But in the process of the construction, we face the obstacles of notion, institution, market and division of labor. Aiming at the obstacles, we should establish the mechanism of power, circulation and coordination to provide the institutional protection for the circulation of Economic Cooperation of DaXiangNan.
