随着国际互联网这一新兴传播媒体的发展与成熟,企业的经营环境出现了重大的"突变",这种"突变"使得传统管理学、经济学数百年来创立的理论和积累的经验倍受挑战。文章依据目前盛行的企业价值网模型,分析和研究了在这种重大经营环境"突变"的条件下衡阳市装备企业集群模式创新问题,从而为衡阳市装备企业集群决策的制定提供理论依据。

With the Internet＇s development and maturation, the enterprise＇s business environment has undergone significant ＂mutations＂, which challenges the traditional management. Based on currently popular business value-networks model, the paper analyses the question of equipment enterprise cluster model innovation in this ＂mutations＂ business environment in Hengyang City so as to provide decision-making theory basis for equipment enterprises cluster in that avea.
