Early Ming-Dynasty's Surge against Corruption

腐败是权力异化的结果,古代历代王朝都曾整治贪官污吏,尤其在朱元璋统治的明初,通过制定《御制大诰》、《明律》等法律条文和其他一些行政手段整治腐败,取得一定成效。虽然由于时代的局限性,终究不能根除腐败,但为我们当前惩治和预防腐败提供了宝贵的历史经验。

Corruption results from power alienation. The campaign against corruption happened all the way to China＇s ancient history. The early Ming-Dynasty under the rule of Zhu Yuanzhang got more achievements in such fight due to their effective laws like Imperial Order, Ming-Dynasty Law. Although Ming Dynasty tailed to eradicate corruption, their effective devices may still provide us with experiences for anti-corruption struggle of today.
