摘要 运算放大器在工作时具有两种状态:线性状态和非线性状态,分别对应其输入-输出特性的线性区和正、负饱和区。本文讨论了含运算放大器电路中运算放大器工作状态的判定规则,分析了仅引入负反馈含运算放大器电路和同时引入正、负反馈含运算放大器电路的运算放大器工作状态,给出了运算放大器工作在线性区或饱和区的条件。采用OrCAD/PSpice进行仿真验证了分析结果,可供讲授电路课程的教师参考。 Operational amplifiers (OAs) have two operating states: linear state and nonlinear state, which correspond the linear region, positive and negative regions of the characteristics of OAs. Rules for deter- mining the operating states of OAs are discussed. The operating states of OAs in two kinds of circuits are analyzed: one is with configuration of negative feedback, the other is with configuration of both negative feedback and positive feedback. Conditions for linear operating region and saturation operating region of OAs are given. Simulation by OrCAD/PSpice software is given to testify the analysis results. It is helpful for the teaching of circuit course.
