摘要
目的探讨降糖防聋胶囊对实验性糖尿病性聋动物模型听力的影响。方法Wistar大鼠40只,腹腔一次注射55mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立实验性糖尿病性聋动物模型。随机分为2组,治疗组20只给予降糖防聋胶囊混悬液10g.kg-1.d-1灌服。对照组20只给予等量生理盐水,2组分别在成模后1、2、3个月接受听力脑干反应(ABR)检测。结果治疗1个月后,2组ABR波潜伏期及波间期相比无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗2、3个月后,治疗组较对照组ABR波潜伏期及波间期均有明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论降糖防聋胶囊对糖尿病性聋动物模型的听力具有防治作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Jiangtangfanglong capsule on hearing impairment in deaf diabetes animal models.Method 40 Wistar rats with experimental deaf diabetes, induced by 55 mg/kg streptozotocin once intraperitoncally, were randomly divided into treatment group ( n = 20) and control group ( n = 20) .The treatment group was administered Jiangtangfanglong capsule (10 g· kg^-1· d^-1 ), and the control group was given equal volume saline in same way. After 1, 2 and 3 months, auditory brainstem response(ABR) of the two groups were detected respectively. Results The latencies and interphase of ABR waves after 1 month treatment in the two group was not changed ( P 〉 0.05). The results in the treatment group were shortened after 2 or 3 months treatment with a significant difference compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Jiangtangfanglong capsule can prevent hearing impairment in deaf diabetes animals.
