氧化铝粉的高压烧结特性

Sintering Characteristics of Al_2O_3 Under High Pressure

摘要 对氧化铝进行高温高压处理,所得的氧化铝样品用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行了鉴定和表征。研究结果表明:高温高压处理对氧化铝的晶体形貌和晶粒大小有一定的影响。高压下,随着温度的升高,氧化铝晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,烧结体密度逐渐增加。 In this paper,Al2O3 crystals are processed under high temperature and high pressure; The obtained Al2O3 is characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show the morphologies of Al2O3 are influenced by the processing temperature and pressure to some extent. Under the high pressure, as the temperature increases, the grain sizes and sintering density of the samples increase.
