On Development Modes of Xi'an Culture Industry

在科学分析现阶段西安文化产业发展中存在的主要问题的基础上,借鉴美、欧、韩文化产业发展的成功经验,依据西安文化产业的比较优势和西安经济社会发展之现状。笔者认为,西安文化产业发展要走资源型、政府主导型的公众需求开发、特色推进、集约化经营、产业综合、市场竞争和政府保护相结合、传统文化资源型产业集群的发展之路。

The development mode of Xi＇an culture industry is based on existing issues at present stage and the successful experiences of the USA, Europe and Korea, as well as present situation of the economic development of Xi＇ an. The author shows that the development of Xi＇ an culture industry should rely on its own resources, the guidance of the government, develop the market competition and the mode of the traditional culture industry cluster.
