发达国家高等职业院校质量保障的做法和经验

Quality Assurance with Higher Vocational Education in Developed Countries: Practice & Experience

在我国高等职业教育迈向大众化的同时,办学质量已成为全社会关注的焦点。教育质量的保障需要有内部和外部机制的相互支持和制约,二者缺一不可。高等职业学院作为教育质量内部保障的惟一主体,对自身的教育教学质量进行管理、控制和自我评价负有主要责任。本文借鉴了国外发达国家提高高等职院校教育质量水平的经验,为提高我国高等职业教育水平提供了新的思路。

While China is on its way to popularize higher vocational education, its educational quality has now become the focus of social concern. As is known to all, the quality is ensured by both external and internal mechanisms, which are closely related （and indispensable to each）. Higher vocational education institutions are responsible for their own teaching administration, supervision and self-evaluation. By introducing the practice and experience of educational quality assurance systems in the developed countries, this article presents new thoughts for our higher vocational education.
