知识管理在数据库课程教学活动中的应用

Applications of Knowledge Management in Teaching the Database Course

虽然知识管理主要是针对企业的一种新的管理思想,但通过对比分析,可以发现教学活动和企业实施知识管理的目标有着很大程度的相似性,因此知识管理对于课程的教学,同样有着重要的思想价值和实践指导意义。本文着重探讨了如何将知识管理这一应用于企业中的管理思想运用到数据库这门课程的教学活动中来提高课程的教学质量,更好地实现教学目标。

Knowledge management is mainly applied in enterprises to improve their viability in fury competitions. After comparisons and analysis, it is found that knowledge management is also meaningful to our course teaching. By introducing the concept of knowledge management to course teaching, this paper offers a study on applications of Knowledge Management in teaching the database course.
