ARRANGEMENTS OF HEMISPHERES AND HALFPLANES AND A CONJECTURE OF LINHART

首先给出半球面安排与半平面安排之间的一些联系，然后得到关于半平面安排的权和的一个方程.在此基础上证明了J.Linhart关于权和的一个猜测.

In this paper, arrangements of hemispheres and halfplanes are studied. First, some relations between these two kinds of arrangements are given, then, an equation on total weights in arrangement of halfplanes is proved. On these bases, a conjecture of J. Linhart is proved to be ture.
