摘要 国内外现有以钠硝石为原料生产硝酸钠的工艺,采用冷冻或冷析工艺生产硝酸钠,存在能耗高、工艺路线长、投资大、硝酸钠结晶设备结垢严重等问题。采用提出的专利技术热法生产硝酸钠工艺,具有节能、工艺简练、省投资;采用专利设备可以减缓设备结垢、延长生产周期等特点。 Sodium nitre is applied to produce sodium nitrate as materials at home and abroad, which adopted the freezing or cold separation technic. There exist some serious problems such as high energy consumption, long process route, great investment, severe equipment sealing compared with the technic of producing sodium nitrate with heat method ( patent technology) which has the characteristics of energy saving, simple process, low investment. Meanwhile, the patent devices have the characteristics of mitigating equipment scaling and prolong productiong cycle and so on.
