从d-樟脑出发,经六步反应合成了一种新的樟脑酮亚胺衍生物——7,7-二甲基一双环[2.2.1]-2-(苄)亚胺-10-(N-邻羟基苯基)酰胺(2)。化合物的晶体的晶胞参数a=8.6904(9),b=10.9400(16),c=20.8583(33)A;z=4.V=1983.06(o.45)A^3;属P2_12_12_1空间群。用反常散射法测定分子的绝对构型为1S,4R,并讨论了该化合物作为不对称反应合成子的立体选择性的影响因素。
From(+)-camphor, a new derivative——7,7-dimethyl-bicyclo-[2.2.1]-2-(benzyl)-imine-10-(N-o-hydroxyphenyl)earbox amide is synthesized. The strueture of the compound is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraetion. The crystal belongs to space group P2_12_12_1 with a=8.6904(9), b=10.9400(16), c=20.8583(33)A; Z=4; D_c=1.16g/cm^3; F(000)=739.88,μ(CuKa)=5.62 cm^(-1). The absolute configuration of the molecule is established by the anomalous dispersion method using 37 pairs of reflections. According to the strueture, the stereoselectivity of the compound used as a chiral synthon is discussed.
