摘要
虽然一些影响企业资源计划(ERP)实施的关键因素,诸如:高层管理者的承诺和支持,变革管理方式和咨询者的支持等已经在大量的着作中被广泛地讨论过了,然而在技术项目实施方面的一些因素,如领导风格和团队凝聚力等,最近被更多地关注,具有超凡魅力的领导阶层风格通常被领导者采用,在中国的长三角地区。本文所作的这一研究,主要是基于学者Zaccaro,Rittman和Marksr提出的团队领导理论。最初的研究是为了弄清超凡魅力的领导阶层的风格特质,对ERP的正确执行产生影响的情形。研究表明:200家跻身于2007年规模以上的公司,都已经实现ERP系统,这个将使结论更有效,研究结果是:领导者应该具有更多超凡魅力去建立ERP团队成员的凝聚力,因此而提升团队完成任务的能力;另外,从统计意义来看,积极的上下级关系在团队凝聚力和任务完成过程中总是具有积极意义的。
Though several key enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation factors, including top management commitment and support, change management, and consultants. Support haven been broadly discussed in literature, but other factors such as leadership style and team cohesiveness have recently received more attention in technical project implementation. The charismatic leadership style has often been adopted by organizational leaders, primarily in Yangzi River Delta Region. The present study, based upon the team leadership theory proposed by Zaccaro, Rittman, and Marks, serves as an initial step towards understanding the impacts of charismatic leadership style on ERP implementation. Two-hundred companies listed on the "The Largest Corporations in Yangzi River region" that have implemented ERP systems, were surveyed. The results confirm that leaders should demonstrate more charismatic behaviors to establish the ERP project team members. cohesiveness and, thus, improve team performance. The positive relationship between team cohesiveness and overall team performance was also statistically supported. Implications studies are discussed. All rights reserved.
